About MGM Chassis

MGM Chassis Co., short for Mind Game Motorsports, was founded in the early 2000s by national champion 4-cycle karter Paul Rice and his father, Paul Sr. (known as Peewee), in Concord, N.C. The duo began building high-performance sprint and road racing kart chassis, laying the foundation for what would become a leading name in karting.

In the early 2010s, Paul’s future wife, April, joined the team, and together they have grown MGM into a thriving American kart chassis manufacturer and parts supplier.

The company’s breakthrough year came in 2014 when MGM secured two WKA Manufacturers Championships, dominating as the top chassis in both the Gold Cup Series and the National Road Racing Series.

Today, the MGM Espionage chassis stands as a cornerstone of Briggs 206 kart racing. It has become one of the most recognizable and successful chassis in the sport, with hundreds of drivers achieving countless wins, championships, and podium finishes across North America.
